The Boltec M is a fully mechanised bolting rig for medium-sized tunnel profiles from 4 m x 4 m up to a maximum boom height range of 9 m. Smaller bolt hole diameters are required for bolting. The COP 1132 (11 kW) and optional COP 1435 (14 kW) rock drills are specifically designed for this type of boring. It can handle most bolt types between 1.5 and 3.5 m, including friction, inflatable, mechanical anchor and steel round bolts, and is among the most advanced and productive fully mechanised bolting machines in its size class.
